Under Section 33(A) of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Under Section 31(A) of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 it is mandatory to obtain CONSENT TO OPERATE (prior commencement of operation the project) from Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC) and State Pollution Control Board for the industries as defined below:
For any industry, which is likely to discharge sewage or trade effluent into a stream or sewer or on land and operating in air pollution control area.
