As per the EIA notification, 2006 a mandatory requirement for the Project Proponent is to submit Six Monthly or Half-Yearly Compliance reports in respect of the stipulated prior Environmental Clearance terms and conditions including results of monitored data (both in hard copies as well as by e-mail) to the respective Regional Office of MoEF, the respective Zonal Office of CPCB and the SPCB.

Green Genra : SCOPE OF WORK

Preparing compliance reports as per general and specific conditions of Environmental Conditions issued to the Project Proponent.

Consultancy with respect to pollution control measures to be adopted by the project proponent as per the guidelines of Hon'ble National Green Tribunal, MoEF & CC and State Pollution Control Committee for construction phase or Operation Phase.
